Cancellation & Refund Policy for PRE ORDER / AUCTION BIDDING Cars:

• If the order is canceled after auction winning, cancelation fees BDT 1 lac.

• If the order is canceled after the car reached at port  or during the shipment or the full payment is not made within 30 days of the car arrival, cancelation fees minimum BDT 1 lac.

• After deducting BDT 1 lac from the booking money, rest of the amount will be refunded back to customer by account payee cheque or online fund transfer.

• If customer’s desired car is not available in auction / unsuccessful bids (not yet purchased from auction); in this case if a customer wants refund, full booking money will be refunded back. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy for  JAPAN STOCK Cars:

• If the customer canceled the order within 48 hours of his confirmation, BDT 25000 Taka will be charged as penalty from the booking money.

• If an order is canceled after 48 hours and in between 72 hours of the confirmation, BDT 50,000 Taka will be charged as penalty.

• If the order is canceled after the car reached at port or during the shipment, cancelation fees BDT 1 lac.

• If the car is released from port but client canceled the order, cancelation fees BDT 1 lac.

• If the full payment is not made within 15 days of the port release/port arrival, BDT 1 lac will be charged as penalty.

• After deducting BDT 1 lac from the booking money, rest of the amount will be refunded back to customer by account payee cheque or online fund transfer.

• If FOZI AUTOS failed to deliver the car (excluding shipment delay), FOZI AUTOS will refund full amount of booking money. 

We would like to inform you that due the resumption of economy caused by Corona Virus, these days, securing space on the vessels have been very difficult. This may continue for a while but we are doing everything possible to ship your car as soon as possible. If the ship arrives lately due to transhipment or bad weather, FOZI AUTOS has nothing to do and due to shipment delay if customer cancel the order, cancelation fees BDT 1 lac.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for READY STOCK Cars:

• If the car is already in  showroom / Dhaka and customer canceled the order after his confirmation, cancelation fees BDT 50,000 Taka will be charged. Customer will get full refund of the booking money after deducting the penalty. 

• If an order is canceled after 48 hours and between 3 days of the confirmation, BDT 1 lac taka will be charged as penalty.

• If the car is in Chittagong or Mongla port, we release the car from port after getting confirmation from the client but client canceled the order, in this case cancelation fees BDT 1 lac taka and we will refund the booking money after selling the car to other customer.

• If the full payment is not made within 20 days, the order will be canceled automatically and BDT 1 lac will be charged as penalty from the booking money.

• In case of Car Loan, if the car loan is not granted by the bank and it takes more than 15 days, booking cancellation fees BDT 100,000 Taka.

• After deducting the penalty amount from the booking money, rest of the amount will be refunded back to customer by account payee cheque or online fund transfer.

PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION

• For ready stock cars customer can take the car for pre purchase inspection to any reknowed service center /workshop, if they found faulty (only for Engine, Gearbox & Hybrid System), customer can cancel the order, only in this case full refund will be given. 

• For other issues like (suspension, shock absorbor, wheel balancing & allignment, brake servicing, general servicing) will be changed/repaired before delivery.
